Strasbourg and the Rhine-European horizons

This website is under construction. It was initially created in the context of the competition for the title of European Capital of Culture 2013.
It hosts temporarily the non-for profit organization Strasbourg and the Rhine-European horizons.

The missions of the Strasbourg and the Rhine-European horizons non-for profit organization are:
  • to support innovative projects produced by a large scope of cultural institutions in the Upper Rhine region
  • to initiate and develop artistic or cultural projects that promote the Upper Rhine region on the European cultural scene
  • to develop a regional and European network of cultural institutions, open to bhe business world and to the social sphere.

The organization's project and programme will soon be presented on a new website.

The president of the non-for profit organization Strasbourg and the Rhine-European horizons is M. Klaus Wenger, Managing director of Arte-Deutschland.
